Technical Support

Which e-commerce platforms can I connect?

WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento connect as live catalog sources, and any plan can bring a catalog in from a spreadsheet. Shopify and WooCommerce also accept finished images back onto the product page. API access is available from Core and above. Talk to us if your storefront, ERP, or custom workflow needs a programmatic path beyond the built-in connectors. See connect your catalog and REST API for the current paths.

Are the creatives mobile-friendly?

Yes. Video plays through the Mocart Player and 3D renders in an interactive viewer, both fully responsive and optimized for phones and tablets. Shoppers get a smooth experience wherever your embed lives — see your first embed to put one on a page.
