Campaigns
LiveCreate and manage a structured creative job scope.
A Campaign is a curated job scope for product creative. Use it to define the product set, generate or attach the creatives, track progress, approve the work, share it externally, and deliver the approved set.
| Campaign layer | What you manage |
|---|---|
| Scope | A brand-wide or custom product set, including multiple products when the job needs them. |
| Creative target | One, many, or unlimited creatives per product, depending on how the campaign is configured. |
| Review | Generated, pending, approved, rejected, and delivery-ready creative state — reviewed from the campaign itself. |
| Share | External review or view-only links for people outside the workspace. |
| Delivery | Exports, embeds, store publishing, and channel delivery attached to the approved creatives. |

- Pick the brand the campaign belongs to.
- Choose whether the campaign covers the full brand catalog or a curated product set.
- Set the creative target and format rules for the job.

Manage the work
Each campaign row carries a progress bar split by state, and the bar is also the control. Clicking a section is how you act on it: pending opens review, work that failed or was rejected scopes a fresh run, and anything still generating is simply selected.
- Track which products still need creatives and which products already have approved work.
- Generate missing creatives right there — a campaign section scopes the run at the bottom of the Library — or attach existing creatives from the Library.
- Click the pending section to walk the campaign one creative at a time — approve, reject, or send it back to pending.
- Click the bar’s Issues (failed + rejected) section to scope the creation row at the bottom of the Library to exactly those products — everything the pipeline dropped and everything you turned down, ready for a fresh run.
- Resolve over-target groups when a product has more creatives than the campaign target expects.
Share externally
- Open Share Campaign from the campaign actions.
- Choose Review Link when you want feedback or sign-off, or View-Only Link when someone only needs to inspect the work.
- Generate the link and copy it. The reviewer can open it outside Mocart.
- Revoke the link when access should end.
For a task walkthrough, see Share a review link for external sign-off.
Approve and deliver
Use the campaign review state to decide what is ready, then deliver the approved creatives through export, embed, store publishing, or channel delivery. The Deliver tab keeps the outward work tied to the same campaign scope.
