How many generation Runs your account can process at once.

What concurrency means

The concurrency cap is the maximum number of generation Runs that can process at the same time on your account. Each plan gets its own cap, and it goes up as you move to a higher tier. It is a separate question from how many products one bulk batch may cover — that is a batch-size limit, and asking for more results from the same inputs is a concurrency question, not a bulk one.

Your plan’s cap

Your account’s cap is shown in Billing, alongside the rest of your plan’s limits, and each plan states what it includes on pricing. Read it there rather than assuming a fixed number — caps are tuned as capacity changes, and the figure on your account is the one that binds.

3D has its own sub-limit alongside the overall cap, because a 3D model is by far the heaviest thing Mocart makes. A run is admitted when both are clear.

When you hit the cap

When you’re at your cap, new Runs don’t fail — they queue. Each queued Run starts automatically as a slot frees up, so you can keep launching work and let Mocart drain the queue in order.

A Run waiting behind your concurrency cap is expected, not an error. It moves from queued to processing on its own once an earlier Run finishes.
