Plain definitions for the domain terms you’ll see across Mocart.

Mocart uses these terms consistently across the workspace, campaigns, and docs. When a definition matters for a workflow, the guide that owns it links back here.

TermDefinition
ProductA core catalog entity — its title, brand, visual specs, and asset metadata.
Parent ProductA Product that rolls up its variants. Use this term for a variant group; Mocart never calls it a "SKU".
AssetA generated artifact — an image, video, or 3D model. An edited video is still an Asset; there is no separate in-progress type.
Gallery imageA product’s own photography, as opposed to something Mocart generated. The one your store shows first is the primary image, and a run starts from it unless you pick another.
SubjectWhat a run is made from — the products and images you tick in the Library, or the pool derived from a product’s photos.
ActOne of the creation row’s verbs: Image, Animate, or 3D — plus Edit, Configure, and Review in context.
InspectorThe panel that opens on an asset: see it large, compare with the original, deliver, tune playback, or configure a 3D scene.
CampaignA curated creative job scope: the product set, creative targets, review state, sharing, and delivery work for a specific push.
CreativeA Product-and-Asset pairing within a Campaign. A product can have one or more creatives depending on the campaign target.
BrandA namespace that groups Products and defines their visual identity.
Brand ToneA saved, named look — description, tags, and optional reference images — that the generation pipeline renders in. You can keep several and pick which is active.
PresetA saved recipe that steers a generation toward a creative intent. Mocart ships a set; you can also save your own.
CreditThe unit generation is metered in. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and each image, video, or 3D model spends from it.
Run (Job)One async generation task. Its lifecycle runs queued → processing → success or failed.
BatchA group of Runs with an aggregated status.
PublishSending a finished image back to your connected store, as the product’s main image or another photo in its gallery.
PDPA product detail page on your store — a delivery destination.
ChannelA configured delivery destination: a paid ad, social, PDP, or ad network.
Concurrency capHow many Runs can run at once for your account. Scales with your plan.
Asset FeedA product-keyed API feed of approved Creatives for downstream systems.
