Approval & review

Live

Approve or reject creatives before they ship — from the campaign that holds them.

Review is the sign-off step between making a creative and shipping it. You approve or reject each creative — checking it against your Brand Tone and any compliance requirements — so only the work you trust moves forward. Reviews can be internal to your team or shared with an external reviewer.

How review works

Review lives where the work lives. Every campaign row carries a progress bar split by state — not generated, generating, pending, approved, failed or rejected — and the pending section is the door into review. The creation row at the bottom of the Library offers Review too, whenever a campaign in scope has work waiting. Click either and Mocart walks you through exactly those creatives, one at a time, showing your place in the walk and the campaign’s live progress side by side. Only undecided work is queued: anything you already approved or rejected stays decided, so nobody re-litigates a call that was made.

Review a creative

  1. Open Campaigns and find the campaign holding the work.
  2. Click the pending section of its progress bar to enter review.
  3. Check the creative against your Brand Tone and any compliance requirements.
  4. Approve to move it forward, or reject to send it back. Mocart advances to the next one.
  5. Close the walk when you’re done — the bar shows what’s left, live, as you decide.

A campaign row in review, with the pending section being worked through
Rejecting is not a dead end. Reject a creative as you walk the review and Regenerate appears on the review bar beside Back to pending — it re-runs the same prompt and settings, and the product stays in the campaign. To rework the whole set at once, click the campaign bar’s Issues (failed + rejected) section and the creation row at the bottom of the Library arrives scoped to those products. Either way, the fix for a rejection is a better generation, not a second look at the same file.

Approved creatives are ready to Deliver. See Delivery for what happens next.
